While studies and supplements are not rated, the interactions listed in the databases are rated.

This is done in an effort to save the clinician time in reviewing possible conflicts, patient supplement use and existing drug therapies. Interaction data is created first for the clinician and then re-worded for the layperson. Both databases are fully searchable by generic drug name, drug category, or dietary supplement.
